PRIVACY & CONTROL
Understand what is visible
before you share it.
QuietMoves is being designed for people who want to explore opportunities while retaining control over introductions and disclosure.
In development. Registration is not open yet.
The service is still in development. This page explains the intended approach.
Before registration opens, we will publish a privacy notice explaining who operates QuietMoves and how registration information is handled.
No public candidate profiles.
The planned service does not include public candidate pages or a publicly searchable candidate directory.
Employer access is intended to begin with redacted profile information. Redaction can reduce exposure, but distinctive experience may still make someone recognisable.
Permission for a particular connection.
A request should identify the employer, describe the opportunity and explain what accepting would disclose.
Permission to share information with one employer should not become permission to share it with others. Information already disclosed to an employer cannot necessarily be recalled, which makes clear choices before disclosure essential.
Verification needs context.
If checks are introduced, we’ll explain what each check covers and when it was completed. Candidate statements and independently checked evidence must remain distinguishable.
We have not established a clearance-checking service. Future checks would need authorised routes and would not guarantee transfer or eligibility for a particular role.
Early access is separate from a profile.
Registering interest will not create a profile employers can discover or authorise anyone to distribute your CV.
This explains the proposed product controls. It is not the formal privacy notice for a registration or profile service.

Help shape the
first release.
We’re developing QuietMoves around real candidate and employer needs. The first registration will collect early interest; profiles and introductions will follow.
